In fact, not so long ago, I was where you are now.
I loved life and had an amazing family. I had a decent job with weekends off. We lived in a nice neighborhood in a good part of town. But something was always slightly off. Something was always lingering at the front of my mind.
No matter what people said, or how much I told myself otherwise, I just wasn’t happy with the way I looked in a mirror.
I was scared that the older I got, the harder it would become to achieve my weight loss goals. My prime years, I thought, were behind me. Until, one day, I found something that worked for me!

I can tell you the answer does NOT lie with the KETO diet. I can also tell you true weight loss success has nothing to do with the latest fad or celebrity diets (although many celebrities practice the habits I implement in my regimens).
The truth is, it’s going to take a lot of work and dedication. I can’t promise you it’s going to happen overnight. Although, you WILL start seeing results within the first week.
But, the truth is…Fear is the root of all failure.
Unfortunately, I’ve also seen many women, including myself, fall flat on their faces when it comes to losing weight (fat) and keeping it off.
